1. Do you have a merchandise shop?
Yes – you can gear up with our official Pickleball Club 002 merchandise. We regularly offer club T‑shirts, hoodies and other items, and are gradually expanding our selection. Ask our staff at the venue or contact us if you are looking for specific sizes or products.
2. How to book a court?
Book your court through our Sporty+ app. Each location page includes a direct link to the app for that venue – create your account there the first time, then use your profile to book courts at that location for free in just a few clicks.
3. Do you rent equipment?
Yes – you can rent both basic and professional paddles directly at the club. Just arrive a few minutes early and ask our staff at reception before your session starts. Balls for play are always included in the court rental price.
4. Do you offer a coaching?
We offer coaching for different levels, from complete beginners to players who want to improve their game. Our coaches will help you learn the rules, movement and tactics in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. Contact us to arrange individual or group coaching.
5. Can I own a Franchise?
Yes – if you want to build your own pickleball business, you can become part of Pickleball Club 002 as a franchise partner. We support you from the first idea to opening day with advice on court construction, operations, marketing and community building. Get in touch with us to book a meeting and find out how we can help you launch your club.
6. What is Open Play and how do I join?
Open Play is a set time on court when players of all levels can just show up and play without arranging partners or opponents in advance. It is a great way to meet new people, improve your game, and simply enjoy the sport. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. Open Play includes 2 hours of play, games are mostly doubles, the fee is 5 euros and it usually takes place on weekends. To join Open Play, you need to sign up through our WhatsApp community. Join the “Open Play” group within the community and take part in the sign‑ups we post every week.
7. What benefits do I get with MultiSport and PassSport?
Each MultiSport or PassSport card reduces the price of a one‑hour court booking by 1/4, i.e. 25%. This means you need 4 MultiSport or PassSport entries for 1 hour of free play. This benefit does not include equipment rental. Also, Open Play cannot be paid with MultiSport or PassSport.
8. How do I become a member of Pickleball Club 002?
Ask for a membership form for Pickleball Club 002 at our reception. When you join, you get one free participation in Open Play.
9. I don’t know how to play. What should I do?
If you have never played pickleball, no need to worry! Pickleball is very beginner‑friendly. We have several options for you:
First visit. Just come to the club reception. All our staff are experienced pickleball players and are there to answer your questions. They will gladly teach you the rules and show you the basic strokes.
Pickleball community. Join Open Play and our pickleball community. Pickleball is a very social sport where you will easily meet new friends to learn with and improve your game.
Hire a coach. Professionals know best.
10. Where can I buy pickleball equipment?
Joola is a partner of Pickleball Club 002 and you can order or buy their pickleball gear at our club. At this link you can find the full pickleball range. Contact us if you see something you like. Also, follow our news and social media for exclusive offers and special prices.
11. What if it rains?
In case of rain, all upcoming bookings are cancelled. You do not need to worry about whether you will be able to play – we will let you know! Users of the Sporty+ app will receive a notification if their booking is cancelled due to bad weather. We will also inform you when the weather improves. If your session is cut short due to bad weather, you only pay for the time you actually played.
12. What facilities are available at the Pickleball Centre?
Besides the courts, the centre offers separate women’s and men’s changing rooms with lockers, showers, and toilets, as well as a cosy lounge area where you can relax and socialise before or after your game. If you are coming by car, you can conveniently park right in front of the club.
