Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation without refund of deposit.
If the minimum number of participants (10) is not reached, the Organizer may cancel the trip up to 71 days before departure with a full refund.
The Organizer shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, participants are entitled to a refund in accordance with EU Directive 2015/2302.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU legislation (Directive 2015/2302)
